Downloadable content for games not shared between profiles

My girlfriend and I have our own profiles on the same console, we both play advanced warfare and we have the season pass downloaded. The first time we downloaded it, it worked correctly. If one of us logs out and the other person logs in and go to play
the game the Items unlocked are gone but the XBOX says that we have it purchased.

If we do a hard restart and then log back in then it works correctly (until you log off and log on to the other profile) and then you you have to hard restart all over again...

Any help would be appreciated

The content can be shared between profiles (but not moved) on the same console it was downloaded to so long as the original profile has not been banned.

Downloadable content Problem Cod Ghosts

Ive purchased a few customization packs on Cod recently, used them and shared them with another gamer on my Xbox one.

All of a sudden all downloaded content is now unavailable to the 2nd gamer?

Is downloadable content accessible for all profiles on a single xbox one or do you have to purchase the same packs for each profile who wants to use it?

Thanks, apparently the transfer didn't work or something the first time. I went through it all again and now i can access the stuff from both profiles.

When you download content it's tied to the gamertag that purchased it and the console it was purchased on. The console license is what allows all profiles to access the content. If you switch consoles, the license transfer would move the console license
to the new console and should allow all the profiles to access the content again. Go to
https://xbox.com/drm to start a license transfer. If it shows the licenses being on a different console, then you either didn't do a license transfer before or it didn't work.

Hello, it is not possible to transfer items between accounts or profiles; but you can share content between different profiles of the same console, such as downloaded games, as long as the profiles are in the same console, as your home console.
