Download xbox profile from computer?

A long time ago, I kept my Xbox live profile on my usb for playing on it at a friends house. One day, that usb decided to stop working, for computers, consoles, and more. I remember the email and password but my internet connection is poor. So I was wondering
if its possible? I seen a similar post about this but it was 2013, I'm not sure if its still the same. P.s, it had Wilhelm level 31 for Borderlands the Pre Sequel and now I'm starting over. A fast response would be appreciated. Thank you for your support.

Deleting downloaded profile?

I decided to dust off my 360 and I downloaded my profile awhile ago. But if I delete it and not my actual profile. All of my saves and data will still be there, right? Because from what I read. The only point of downloading your profile, is if you want to log in to a different console.

Saves should be fine, proflie can be deleted and redownloaded.

No. It's not possible to download directly from the website. The website will only allow you to queue a download to start the next time you turn on your console.

No you can't. You can only download profiles from console to memory stick, or vice versa. Not from your computer.

No, there is not. There is no way to access the profile database through a computer. You would have to use a Xbox to download your profile.

Greetings! I can't load the profile on the console. At profile loading gives out an error 801540B7. Whether I can soon come on the profile? On a profile as it is paid xbox live gold the status for 1 year. (And time all goes and goes.) if it was possible
to download somehow a profile xbox live from the computer on a flash card, and then on the console it would be magnificent. (Then I could come on the profile from the console)
