Download Token not working

i recieved a full game download token for SKYRIM when i braught my xbox360 recently. i started downloading and due to a bad connection i couldnt download it steadily as in it would often say "Download Stopped" then it would carry on later... it made it up
to 75% downloaded until it eventually stopped and is now no longer under "pending" in "Current Downloads". i try to type the redeem code in again and it tells me i can only use it once, is there any way to get my download to continue or to maybe reset the
redeem code ?

the token i was sent not working so card not activated as the token wont work to activate card i thought card was activated but its not thats why not working i need token code

 

Crashed During Download

I used over 5000 tokens to download the Antarctica collection. the system froze when attempting to download but took my tokens. Can anything be done to get my tokens back so I can try to download again.

Under Download history you can always download any content you "purchase" through download tokens (Settings > Account > Download history). Have the download stopped or is it just not downloading any longer?
