My games section on your account on the Xbox website? If its not showing up in there, nor on your

Order history, then the content you seek is likely not on this account.

At this point, the only other option would be to reach out to Xbox Customer Support. The best way to make sure you reach a live agent via the

Contact us option, would be selecting this path: Hardware & network > I need help setting up my network > Xbox One.

This should allow you to have a live agent return your call so that you may be able to investigate further in your account on this matter.

Nope, this is the account I've used since my first Xbox 360. I checked my backup email to verify for certain and there were no purchases at all on that account. I'm not sure how the share feature works entirely as I've never used it, so I'm gonna assume
that's not the case either. All I know is that my first Xbox One came with a code for Unity and Black flag and they were the first things put on it. Neither are reflected in the purchase history, however Black Flag is in my Xbox One X after the transfer to
the new console and Unity isn't. I don't know if it ever was but it isn't currently.

The last thing that you can try is to contact the support to verify if they can do something, but since there is no evidence of the purchase I think they cannot do nothing...

The old xbox is still in your hands? Maybe you can try to login there to verify if there is the game...
