Download time is ridiculous

I just bought an xbox one x and it arrived 2 days ago. 1st day i pluged it in, set it up and updated it just fine. Yesterday i started downloading nba 2k20.. i wake up this morning and its only 15% downloaded. is something wrong with my xbox??? Is that
normal??? Its been downloading for mor than 12 hours..

Nothing wrong with your xbox. In these period a lot of people are at home and so xbox servers are pretty stressed and this may affect download speeds.

that's because of the quarantine, but you can improve that speed by using a wired connection to your internet provider

Thanks Moz but it's not a lag issue. Not sure if you read my description but it's only updates that's the problem.

Have you recently been getting an error when you turn on the 360 saying that some features are not available at this time?

Whenever there is an issue with XBL, you would often get that prompt or experience stand stills when trying to download anything.
