Download stuck at “ready to start”

Hi im trying to download call of duty warzone but when it reaches the “ready to start” point it gets stuck. It dosent download anymore. It starts and i can play the bootcamp but it dosen’t matter what i do i can’t make it download the rest. My internet
speed is not great laitly but its not that bad also i have enough space for the game. I tride soft restarting and hard restarting the console. I tride deliting and redownloading it but no matter what i can’t make it work. Any solution?

Thanks but if i factory reset my xbox would it delete all of the data in it like my acounts and saves an all that because i have an acount that i dont have the info of it,i can’t re log‌in to it.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with a download. Are you able to install other games? Also, when installing don't hit play when ready to start let it finish if possible. If you already have uninstalled and reinstalled,
we recommend reaching out to the developer. Have seen a few issues with the update for the game. If you are installing on an external drive, try installing directly to the internal drive.

Thanks i thought so but this happend to me yesterday and today i tride redownloading it and it happend again. But maybe it is because of that.

Could it be because of “purchase and content usage” being limited right now?

I didn’t start it it just stops after the “ready to start” notification and dosen’t continue.
