Download Stops after 10+ gb of download for any Game

Hello,

My console is a month-old purchase.

I am facing issues while downloading any game.

When I download any game every game stops after 10+ GB is downloaded.

So the game never downloads.

I troubleshot as mentioned in answers.microsoft.com

tried changing the DNS, tried power cycle, tried wired connection.

also, my download speed is between 350-400mbps but I get less than 50 Mbps on the console.

After nothing of that worked I requested an exchange of consoles from the service center.

The new console that I have received is again having the same issue.

Kindly help.....if this is not resolved.....I don't have any other option just to sell that off in 50% loss and buy Sonty playstation

I am also facing same issue downloading is stopped after 10Gb+. I think thats an ISP issue because when I connect it to mobile network via hotspot downloading started working again.

Also I have downloaded horizon forza 4 with no issue but other than that game every game stuck on 10Gb download.

I don’t know why there is an exception for only that game.

No, i am not using external drives

Can you confirm vpn works? I have Hathaway. I don't want to go through the hassle of changing isp unless absolutely necessary coz in my area of Bangalore, other isps have lower speed
