Download stopped

Bought FarCry4 today, started downloading, but stopped due to "Network fail",

My internet works perfectly, 50/5 line.

Download will not continue, it only want to install, but installation stoppes after 1 %, of course.

How do i start download again.?

I have "pushed the start button" !!! 4 times

I have checked internetconnection, its perfect. XBOX confirms network connection

Hi

Yesterday I buy PUBG and i start download it but the download is stopped suddenly..i try to redownload it but it stopped in 4% and download it again and again and the result is the same

Is your gamertag set for the same region (country) that you physically live in? If not then that would be the issue as some games/DLC cannot be downloaded from outside of their respective regions.

If it is then try cancelling/deleting the download, hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts off and try again.

Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set up for?

We really need to know this information. Please tell us which country you live in. If you will not do this then we cannot help you.

When you reset everything and unplugged the unit, did you unplug the power cable from the back of the console? Doing this for about 15 minutes will clear the cache on the unit. (NOTE: The power cord MUST be removed from the back of the console for this to
work.)

Give that a try and see what happens.

Okay i will try that in the morning on my external hard drive and see whag happens. I may also try downloading the game on my partners xbox and see what happens.

I have downloaded another game from game pass of 30 gbs earlier today and that had no problem downloading at all.
