Download Speeds Slow.

After an unsuccessful attempt at using the chat support feature, where I got cable company runaround that the issue is line "interference" and having too many open browsers on my PC ( seriously?) I am now trying here for any thoughts.

When downloading a digital game or even updating a game or DLC and what not, I have not once capped 2.5Mbps, it usually bounces between 1-2mbps. This issue has been going on for as long as I can remember, i usually download stuff overnight, otherwise I am
annoyed at watching the bar creep slowly. I constantly check my bandwidth usage and the numbers are always the same.

So onto my network statistics straight from my xbox one:

Download Speed: 22.21Mbps

Upload speed: 2.50Mbps

Packet loss: 0%

MTU 1480

Latency 86ms

Wireless Strength: 89%

My Nat is open, I have everything open on my firewall regarding the xbox, and have it set to highest priority through my router. I have tried everything from hard reboots, disconnecting the power cord, clearing the mac, DNS, DMZ you name it I have tried
it.

I am unable to find anything or get any help regarding this, so hopefully someone has a fix.

Slow connection

Hi,

My download speed on XBL is really slow causing lag and well slow download speed. It's fine on PC. It's been like this for days.

And sometimes I can't even sign in from slow connection speed. (It's Ethernet connection)

Hello, I'm currently having issues with Xbox live having extremely slow download speeds.

My internet speed is 75mbps download baseline, which with 2-3 devices playing games, etc it can drop down to 30ish.

However, no matter how much I turn off of my connection, xbox live downloads terribly slow.

A 1.65GB DLC takes an hour to download, which even at 30MBPS should only take a minute. Speedtest.net confirms my ping and bandwidth are fine, I'm not being throttled. This is verified by using wireshark on my devices.

I have tried clearing the xbox cache, using a wired and wireless connection, tested the ethernet with 3 different lines, reset the router/modem (Both hard and soft), flushed DNS, etc, etc.

Anything I'm missing? Are the xbox servers just slow now?

This has been going on for a month or two now since I started playing my xbox again. 6 months ago when I stopped I had no issues.

Any suggestions?
