    So before anyone says that it's my connection or anything let me explain!

    My download speed is pretty decent averaging about 50 - 60 Mbps all the time however that only seems to be the case with downloading games/updates/DLC's lireally anything EXCEPT system updates; these usually aren't anything big but when I get them my download
    speed seems to drop to about 5 - 10 Mbps making a simple little 400Mb update take longer than a 4-5Gb game update. Unless this is a massive coincidence with my download speed dropping only when I do system updates but I know this happens to a few people! I'm
    not looking for a solution (unless you've got one) I'm just looking for some kind of insight into it.

    Thanks for this answer but the link that you gave me doesn't work.

    I already check everything on my network. My pc use all my internet speed (around 290 MBp/s), so the "problem" is really the Xbox One not using it. Why ?

    My xbox 360 takes forever to download DLC for Black Ops 2, yet speed test for my ISP says I have 15/2 mbps connection. Anybody else have this issue, and does anyone know what I can do to speed the Xbox download up?

    I'm not sure but I notice a similar issue. I'm not sure if the throttle some of these updates because of so many simulations downloads. I've even seen my provide reduce my download speed during peak times too. But it does seem like game update take a
    long time to download.

    Download Speeds does take certain factors including your internet download speed as well as when you are downloading it. If alot of people are downloading the update at the same time it will hinder the speed of download.

    Hey, unfortunately, the speed from your ISP is often times higher than the download speed for downloading games on Xbox, and there's only so much you can do about it. When you download games it's very likely that the server from which the file is downloaded
    fluctuates and changes location, which would result in slower download speeds. Also, download speeds are in large part dependent on the speed of Microsoft's severs, and depending on how many people are downloading from their servers at once, the speed could
    be very slow due to the load on the server. Again, there's not much you can do aside from increasing the speed of your ISP.
