    why is this happening?

    i hooked laptop up and its downloading at 100+mbps

    Thanks for this answer but the link that you gave me doesn't work.

    I already check everything on my network. My pc use all my internet speed (around 290 MBp/s), so the "problem" is really the Xbox One not using it. Why ?

    Download speed.

    My xbox 360 takes forever to download DLC for Black Ops 2, yet speed test for my ISP says I have 15/2 mbps connection. Anybody else have this issue, and does anyone know what I can do to speed the Xbox download up?

    If you are checking your speeds on your console then I wouldn't worry,it's less than reliable.

    It often tells me i'm getting a faster download speed than I actually have.

    Dude! I am having the same exact issue! My ISP (TWC) told me that the servers we are connecting to are too congested. Too much traffic is bogging down our download speed. I see it during peak hours. When I get home from work. On the weekends. My nephew
    brought over his PS4 and tested it on my same network and was pushing 40MBs - 70MBs consistently. My Xbox isn't doing that. It's their servers bro. I don't know if they will even do anything about it.

    3GB Ryse Update took almost 12 hours to download

    Download Speeds does take certain factors including your internet download speed as well as when you are downloading it. If alot of people are downloading the update at the same time it will hinder the speed of download.

    Hey, unfortunately, the speed from your ISP is often times higher than the download speed for downloading games on Xbox, and there's only so much you can do about it. When you download games it's very likely that the server from which the file is downloaded
    fluctuates and changes location, which would result in slower download speeds. Also, download speeds are in large part dependent on the speed of Microsoft's severs, and depending on how many people are downloading from their servers at once, the speed could
    be very slow due to the load on the server. Again, there's not much you can do aside from increasing the speed of your ISP.
