Download speed when signed out

Hello, that's why because when you're signed in, Xbox uses the Internet for more things, checking updates, your profile is still Online. In short, it all exploits internet speed. When you turn off the Xbox, the console only works with the basic things
it needs to download and install, downgrades, etc.
And he has 100% speed from the Internet.

This sounds like some kind of traffic shapping at the router level, even with XBL communication, game syncing, etc.. that does not account for that kind of disparity.

300mb download and 12mb upload speeds.

When i am signed in and download for example season pass material for AC odyssey, its only averages about 17mb/s download but when i sign out it goes up to around 50mb/s. This happens with anything i need to download, even if i am exited out of a game and
just on the home screen.

When signed in the console is in constant communication with the Xbox Live service, getting your friends' status, mixer activity, etc, even if you're not on any of these tabs. If your console goes on inactive mode you keep getting notifications.

In my opinion when you are signed in through your account that means you have to remain synced with your cloud saves, different apps an that uses some of your net. When you log off you get the full network speed.
