    hi, firstly I'm sorry about my English, anyone can help me out.. download speed on my xbox one too slow since my NAT type was changed to strict, i hv tried many ways to fix the NAT issue including port fowarding, upnp, dmz but i have nothing changed... About my
    download speed issues, when i test speed on my pc, phone/tablet and also with Microsoft edge on my xbox all good, but when I'd test from network details statistic or multiplayer connection I can't get those speed what i got on my pc, I tried a different ethernet
    cable and a new router but still won't work, I'd contact my ISP and they said all good there, i tried to solve this **** almost 3 weeks, i hv no idea anymore... Please guys!

    Good Routers for Xbox One

    Cisco-Linksys E3000 Wireless-N Router is what i have now, i live in a small town so i have only have 1 mbps download speed, so would a better router help my strict nat on my xbox one and hopefully give me better speed?

    If you are running into issues with slow downloads we recommend following the support guide we have posted for

    slow downloads.

    If you do not see improvements with the download speed be sure to post back and share your NAT type and detailed network stats!

    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

    • Upload Speed : 0.42mb/s
    • Latency : 189
    • Packet Loss : 0%
    • Wireless Strength : wired
    • Router Manufacturer : D-Link adsl2 2750E

    I have subscribed 5mb/s down and 0.5mb/s up from my ISP, i got these speed on my others devices but currently not on my xbox one since a couple weeks ago. NAT type also changed to strict, before a had moderate I enjoyed it and I don't make it open and i
    hate strict NAT... Please help me out!

    Thanks for the information, those speeds are definitely running a bit slow let's have you use this guide

    HERE     and see if the steps help out. You may need to contact your ISP to further troubleshoot, but this guide will help to start out.

    We have a guide that will show you how to get the NAT Open, give that a shot: Xbox One NAT solution Generally NAT types don't affect speeds, that's all up
    to the download and upload bandwidth set by the ISP and networking devices. See if that helps though.
