Download Speed Suddenly Dropped

As of yesterday my download speed has dropped from roughly 30+mb/s to 200kb/s. All tests Ive done for speed, latency have come back fine. My ISP says everything is fine down their end. Why has this suddenly just appeared. This happened straight after xbox
was having problems with the marketplace yesterday 26/06/07. Ive had xbox for years and never had download speed problems. Any idea whats going on? Is there an issue down your end? Also, I use a wireless connection and havent got the option to go wired. I
looked at previous post suggestions with no success yet.

P.S I noticed downloads randomnly stop and start also.

Slow download speeds

I have been running my Xbox One through a wired connection to my modem, i have been getting an average of 40+ mb/s download speed. Three days ago my connection dropped to less than half a mb/s download speed and i cannot figure out why it has dropped so
suddenly i have reset my modem countless times cleared my alternate mac address and still it continues to run at less than a mb/s. is there anything else i can do?

 

Download speed dropped after November update

Since the November update my download speed on the Xbox has gone from 300mbps to between 50 and rarely 100. All other devices are unaffected. It's only the Xbox One.

I have always used a static ip address and run it in the DMZ (only way I can ever get an open NAT). The XBO is wired.

Even my cell phone on wireless gets 180mbps download.

 

SOLVED

Turns out my thoughtful mother moved the wireless phone and placed it back to back with the modem. I didnt notice it earlier. As soon as I moved the phone away I was downloading at original speed. Most likely the cause.
