Download speed stops

So i just bought a brand new Xbox one S and it works great most of the time. The only issue i have with it is when i go to download a game or update it will start and go great for about 15 minutes or so and then the download speed will steadily drop in large
increments until there is no download speed being shown and the progress stops, when i run a speed test on the console it says that my download speed is around 45-50 mbps (where it should be) but the download still isn't working. All of the other Xbox live
services are all working as well except for this. please help

Unable to download game.

game: Need For Speed Rivals

Just bought game from Microsoft store but unable to download it fully. on 80% of download, stops and shows Error "Cant download Need for speed Rivals"... tried to re download multiple times - didn't helped. Could someone suggest solution.

Can't download FIFA 14

I purchased FIFA 14 off the market but now cannot download it. The download starts until it gets to 79% and then suddenly stops! I attempted all the steps suggested but still no luck! My download speed in only 4.55mbps on Speedtest.net, could that be it?

Run a
Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

Download Speed

Upload Speed

Latency

Packet Loss %

Wireless Strength (if applicable)

Modem Manufacturer

Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.

After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).

Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.

Sometimes servers stop higher download speeds or throttling to protect them from crashing. Basically they limit download speeds for consistency.

Sometimes, Download speed is at 20mb, but then, it drops to 1mb or the download stops, is Wireless so maybe that's the problem

nope im getting 50mbs download speed it just stops dead at 143.98mbs

The suggested "gpedit.msc" does not exist within windows, and it isn't that the download speed is slow, it is that it stops completely, at the same percentage (7%), and at roughly the same number of MBs downloaded (for this particular game, it is 943.4MB) regardless of my actual download speed.
