Download speed says "Not Available"

I am connected to wifi, my NAT says double nat (not sure if that is messing with my download speed). I'm currently trying to download a digital game I recently bought. I tried changing the DNS, restarting my console. Nothing.

Indeed, double NAT can sometimes cause network problems because it adds an access step between your console and the Internet.

Maybe try testing your nat type in the settings menu of your xbox to see if it will change to a moderate or open nat type?

hi xbox i bought need for speed rivals some ago and now i have purchased call of duty 3 today and after i have been charged for the games need for speed will start downloading and stop saying cant download this game and call of duty3 is saying not available
in my region how do i get my money back?

Hi there,

the download speed of something isn't only determined by your download speed, but also the speed available to do the upload (from the server side) so if a lot of people are downloading the same item this can have an effect on how fast you can download the item.
I assume the issue is not on your end, but it's currently download by a lot of people which limits the possible download speed.

The download speeds will vary depending on server availability, distance, demand and etc.

When you measure your connection speed, do you reach 200 Mbps?
