    Download speed reduces to kbs. Gets better only after restarting


    The downloading speed on Xbox one reduces to kbs and I have to restart the console to get it back to normal. I have to restart the console about 6 times a day on average.

    This isn't the issue on any other device and I have tried everything suggested on the Xbox support page.

    Thanks for providing the information. I will reset it once my gamepass expires in few days so that I don't waste the downloading time of the current game if in case resetting the console doesn't work.

    I get these issues a lot it depends how many ppl.are doing the same download as you and the area you live on how many ppl are using net too in area. It's a hard one to win. I usually swap between my download sometime one downloads quicker.
    I just bought a VPN and connected it to my router to see if download speed will change. and yes , my download speed now between 600 kB/s and 300 kB/s, not perfect but better.

    It's not that I am not getting speed. I am getting full speed till first 25-30gb for all games. After that speed is reduced to 1mbps.
