When I download games, my Xbox shows that for example now Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is downloading at the speed of 25mbps. That is not true. It’s clearly not, if it was downloading at that speed it would’ve downloaded ages ago. Why is the Xbox lying to me??? This wasn’t a thing last year, it only started about 3 months ago. The WiFi is fine, I have no apps running in the background or anything like that. Is my Xbox broken?

Mathematically at 6mb/s, it would take you a minute and twenty three seconds to download the 500mb update. However, this is just a mathematical calculation and you should know that connection speed varies. For all I know, you may realistically download at
1mb/s even if your advertised speed is 6mb/s.

So what would MS Need to do make the xbox one on par with the PS4

Dudeskis, note that he is definitely not talking about anything graphical at all. He's talking about persistent world dynamics; things like A.I. that can be handled while you're in another area so that scripts can keep running even when you're not looking
in that direction. That kind of stuff is cool, but it isn't related to graphics power.

    .

I am going to try to say this very calmly. It is mathematically impossible for the cloud to allow the client machine to perform above the limitations of its own hardware. It isn't up for debate, it's already determined by laws of physics and nature. Until
internet connections are as fast as the internal serial bus speeds in computers and consoles, it's not going to happen. It. Is. Impossible.

    Slow internet equals sadness -_-

I can only get a max speed of 4MB -5MB and it takes a day or 2 to download a game and while it's downloading doing anything else on the internet is impossible.
