    Download Speed 0.00 Mbps (wireless)


    Brand new Xbox One S connected wirelessly.

    I'm able to log in to Live and initially everything was working fine: I was able to download the large sytem update ok. But after that it started giving me the spinning wheel every time I tried to do anything.

    I checked in Network settings and the connection looks strong, full bars. Ran Detailed Network Statistics and it shows Download speed: 0.00 Mbps, upload speed: 11.12 Mbps, Packet loss: 0%, Latency: 49 ms, Wireless strength: 100%

    That seems odd because it obviously has a strong connection, but something is wrong with the network configuration. All other devices connected to the router are getting about 30 Mbps down. I've tried connecting to both the 5g band
    and the regular band, power cycling the Xbox, router, and modem, and now I'm at a loss. I've read a LOT of these forum posts and found no solutions other than try a wired connection, but that's very inconvenient for my arrangement, and not a real solution
    to the wireless issue.

    If anyone has the secret info, please share! Thanks.

    Good afternoon

    Suddenly my Xbox one started to display in the network test that - Download Speed 0.00 Mbps.

    Already did the procedures stated online, but nothing worked. Hard reset box and network, tried wireless and the same happens.

    Network test states that all services are available.

    Strangely and at the same time as the network problem, XB1 started to display a message saying that "Your tv signal was lost".

    problems connecting to xbox live for the past several days

    We are wireless. The router and modem are in another part of the house. Connecting via an Ethernet cable really isn't practical. We have a 360 in the house but it is very seldom on now. Here are the detailed network statistics:

    Download speed: 0.00 Mbps

    Upload Speed: 1.55 Mbps

    Packet Loss: 1%

    MTU: 1480

    Latency: 153 ms

    Wireless Strength: 90%
