    Hey so I was wondering is it actually possible to check the size of a file.

    Cause i just bought Evil Within. I installed the disk offline completely and it claims to have a 7.5GB update. Its done 3% over 10 - 20 minutes.

    I want to check whether its decided to install the complete 34.1GB + 7.5GB or just the 7.5GB of the update, rather than the really bad idea of just having a progression bar.

    The fact it may have got larger is not good enough for customers - end users who want to play without such ridiculously high internet usage!

    Download Sizes

    Go to My Games & Apps > Games and highlight Evil Within, press Menu on it (equivalent of 360's Start) and select Manage Game. That will show you the total file size.

    To see how much bandwidth the console is using, go to Settings>Network>Bandwidth Usage and from those two bits of information you should find what you're looking for.

    Yeah that kinda helped. Just find it hard to comprehend that a 7.5GB download would take 6 hours to get to 45% going 350 - 450 KB/s.

    Its a shame the xbox one doesn't how a decent download manager like the 360 had that tells you all the information in one glance.

    I am very concerned with the usage allowance on the internet as well as this system is such a huge let down having to download so much from the internet

    I hate it, it has wasted so much of my time and no one else has been able to use the internet properly when it is downloading as it takes up the bandwidth!
