Ok so today i bought fallout NV On the marketplace, staRed dowload and when finally done i fine out game is in German because i livelli in switzerland(dont undertand anything) so i delete it change region to Italy for italian language and re-download turns
out it keeps resetting even after clearing caches and all that stufficio, findi out its bc its region locked so need to putti account back to switzerland but cant bc i just migrated account. So now i spent money for a game in a language that i cant understand
and i also Have to wait 3 Months to play it. I do not undertand why you simply cant ask b4 downloading in what language you want it!! As switzerland is a country with 4 official languages and You only make 2 available....

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues downloading those two games. Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

This looks and sounds like a region issue to me. Often times when downloads fail to complete like this, it's due to the Account Region not matching the Physical Region.
Since you're living in Germany (and assuming you'll be in Germany for at least three months) I suggest migrating your account to Germany. That should resolve your region issues and let you download the games properly.

I'm not sure how long it's been since your last region migration, but once it's been three months after the last region migration, you'll be able to migrate again. Here's our support article on how to

The reason is that games have different restrictions on them than television shows/movies have. There's a lot of government/region specific restrictions that have to be obeyed, and the proper version of the game must be downloaded in the the proper region.

VPN's are not an approved method for bypassing region restraints, and often times do not work. It sounds like your best option is to wait the remaining two months then migrate your account region to the physical region that you're located in.

We always suggest having your account region match your physical region since that prevents issues like this from popping up.

Yes, i would like to know why i cannot pick the game language, i believe i should be able to decide what language i wanna play in. This method as it is now is pointless, i mean at least put all of the countries official languages not just 2

 

Game languages are determined by the developers. Some games do have an in game menu which allows for language changes, but unfortunately not all of them do.

 

No, what i am asking is why can't i dowload the game directly in the language i choose, instead of having the languages limited due to region code ( as the game is made in english i dont understand why i cant dowload the english version of the game but only
the German one) it makes no sense to me. Funny thing is if i look at the dlc's for the game each one has language choice unlike the game itself
