download redeem game

So you redeemed the code to download the game? Did you redeem it on the account you are trying to play on?

Once you've redeemed a code it will either download automatically (if set up) or it will wait for you to download from the "ready to download" section under games and apps on the account that you used to redeem the code.

If you purchased/redeemed a code for Minecraft on this account it will be in your download history.

From your Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History. If you redeemed it on this account it will be listed there. If it's not listed there then it would mean that this account did not purchase/redeem a code for this game.

Please remember that only the account that's purchased the game will be able to re-download it.

If you downloaded the game first from gamepass and the redeemed your download code you will need to uninstall the game and download it again from your ready to install list.

The system picks it up when you download a game from gamepass and will stop working when the subscription ends. Even if you have a redeemed copy of the game, digital or disk.

I redeemed it on another XBox, but not on another account. As I stated, I redeemed it using the "Redeem code" function on the system itself. I downloaded the rest of the game on that system and launched it. once it synched my settings then I was able to
download it on the XBox in the other room.
