    Download queue stuck and items won’t update


    I really need help. On two separate consoles at same time I have the following problem: games or updates to games get stuck in my download queue all at various download %. Whats odd is whenever i try to download something the Microsoft Store App pops up
    with update available. It also freezes in queue at 0% but i can go to Microsoft Store via app normally despite this. I tried power cycling, deleting games and reinstalling, went hardwired internet, and even did factory reset. Whats weird is Netflix, Sling
    and Amazon apps all downloaded and I can stream content on thos apps no problem. This all started around time of last COD War Zone update a few weeks ago. I have 4 consoles in our house. 2 have zero issues and dont have War Zone. The 2 that had War Zone are
    hosed, even after deleting it. Coincidence? Any help from gne community is much appretiated. Final thing that is weird: this queue problem is yhe same regardless if i use internal or external drive. Each game i try to download will freeze at exact same % of
    download everytime. When you watch the queue its like the download is throttled but my other machines smd devices on same network have no such issues.

    Xbox faulty or television the problem?

    Is it possible that your console is downloading/updating in the background?

    I found that when there are items in my download queue, and the console starts unpacking completely downloaded games/updates, some games start lagging.

    So check that your download queue is empty or paused when you start playing.

    Yeah i feel its the actual game im not downloading anything nor is there anything in queue

    Something wrong with console transfer.

    When you have something in your download queue, you should have 2 options: One to download just the selected item; and another to download all items. Even if there is only a single item in the queue, you want to select the second option to download all items.
    This will then associate your gamertag with your new console so that items will be automatically downloaded to it.

    Are there any content that is on your download queue?

    If so, try to delete some items that are currently in your download queue through Xbox.com.

    Many items in your download queue can cause the system to freeze at startup.

    In addition, you may want to clear some space on your HDD.
