Download Queue Management. It would be great for me to be able to move items up and down...

Go to My Games & Apps then scroll down to the Queue. Highlight what's downloading and press the Start button on your controller. You'll be able to manage the game from there.

Providing you can log in with the purchasing account, then you need not be Gold to get your games back.



You can set them up to download by logging into the site with the purchasing account and going here to add the items to your download queue
LINK Once you've done that simply log-in with the same account on your console and the downloads should start.



If for some reason the site is playing up, as it seems to be recently you can set-up the downloads from your console as well. Simply go to the My Xbox Channel and select your Avatar with A. Now move to the Account Management tab and select the Manage Account
option. Here go to the bottom option of Download History where you can queue up the items.



If when viewing Active Downloads (Guide button, Marketplace blade, Active Downloads) you get the message "Assigned to Another Console" simply Press Y to Download All Items and make your current console the default for downloads.

please try the following steps, they usually fix the 0x0 (and item remains in queue) issues.

Double tap the Home button to bring up the Guide, then go down to Settings and select Restart console, this will fully power cycle the console.

When the console has restarted please check the Queue and the items should start downloading/installing.

I've been having this same problem on a brand new Xbox One...it gets to 100%, then states "Installation Stopped," and then moves on to the next item in the queue, and then does it again. Was able to cancel a couple of the downloads and restart and it worked...but
it's happening way too often. It wouldn't be so frustrating, had I not been using up so much of my internet monthly download allotment for a failed install!!

Found it! In My Apps and Games, you can see the progress and order. It's not very intuitive to manage, but finally figured out that if you press "enter" button over selected app, you can cancel or pause a download in order to push the download I wanted
first to the front.
