Download queue is empty after console

Is it possible that your console is downloading/updating in the background?

I found that when there are items in my download queue, and the console starts unpacking completely downloaded games/updates, some games start lagging.

So check that your download queue is empty or paused when you start playing.

Yeah i feel its the actual game im not downloading anything nor is there anything in queue

I've not been able to download anything at all, I just discovered. Set the Space Marine exterminatus pack going, it appeared in my download quueue at 0%, and after several hours my download queue was empty and nothing hd downloaded.

1. Stop and cancel any currently stopped downloads

- Done, no change. All downloads stopped, including the "stopped" items above.

2. Double check queue to see if it's empty

- Queue was definitely empty, cancelled everything from here.

3. perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: http://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

- I did state that the console was power cycled, not just a hard power cycle like mentioned, but also disconnected power from the unit altogether. Have done so again after cancelling all downloads as well.

4. Power the console on, when fully powered on try to download something else like a demo or other game

- I tried downloading another game (Crystal Defenders, downloaded successfully), then tried Life is Strange Episode 3, it stopped again at the same spot. Will try others as well.

Queue a download on the website. Then on the console go to your active downloads and select the download by pressing A. Then choose "Download All Items". You shouldn't get that message anymore after that.
