    "Download Queue Full" but nothing's there


    I am playing around with my avatar and attempting to download new content but I keep getting a message saying that my download queue is full. So, I went to check it out. One app was showing downloading which I canceled and all seemed fine. The app that
    was cancelled was even supposedly already on the Xbox. I try again to download avatar content and get the same message. So, I research and try rebooting, unplugging, and clearing the alternate MAC address. None of that worked. There are no updates at this
    time for the Xbox, nothing is showing in queue, and I'm still getting the same message.

    Suggestions?

    Note: I'm using a Xbox One, a little over 30% of my storage is currently used, and there's nothing showing in queue.

    Well, nothing's waste as long as you can download them. You just need to know how. You can download them by searching them directly through the xbox store. Not everything goes to Queue once bought.

    Can't download items from the avatar store

    Need assistance, every time I try to get an item from the avatar store it tells me my purchase was successful but my download queue is full. To download the item to your xbox, remove items from your queue. When I go to my queue there
    is nothing there. How can I get.this fixed?

    Have you tried doing a full power cycle including unplugging the console?

    Hi! Like mentioned you should perform a power cycle/hard reset. See this link in order to find out how to do so:

    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If that doesn't work you should perform a network test in your consoles settings in order to see if that brings up any results.

    Another possibility is that the Xbox 360 active download queue attached to your account is full. This happens when you purchase content for the classic avatars from the 360 era (not the new-generation
    avatars which are still in preview) and backwards-compatible 360 games and have opted to download the content automatically. Even when purchased on the Xbox One or the website, claiming these items will fill the Xbox 360 download queue attached to your account.


    If that's the case, then the Xbox 360 download queue is separate from the Xbox One download management system, and currently, the only way I am aware of managing Xbox 360 active downloads is from an Xbox
    360 console.

    If you do have access to a 360, just sign in with your account, press the Xbox button and tap the left bumper to the Games & Apps blade, go to "Active Downloads" and select the option to cancel all. That
    will clear the queue. Clearing the queue does not affect content purchases; they're still yours.

    I occasionally get the same message, and doing the above exercise resolves the issue for me. Currently, I'm not sure what can be done to clear the Xbox 360 download queue if you don't have access to a
    360 console. There used to be a way to manage the 360 queue on the website, but I can no longer find it. And on the Xbox One, the 360 guide which is loaded when playing backwards-compatible games does not have the option to cancel active downloads.

    I'm sure If it's gonna work but You can delete the cache of your Xbox, press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again
