Download pending - nothing else in queue???

I have just tried to download the free game Viva Piñata TIP for this month and it just comes up saying Download Pebeing but there's nothing else in my queue. There was an item which I removed and this then said 0% complete so I assumed it had started downloading....an
hour later it says pending again. I've seen something about regions having to be the same so I've checked and definitely the same. Any help would be appreciated!

Downloading from Season Pass

I went ahead and got the season pass. Now the download says pending. Anyone else having trouble downloading the new maps ? I know everyone is trying to download them but I usually never have a problem with downloading new maps !! It has been pending for
15 mins now.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

 

Which country do you live in? How full is your hard drive on the console? Are you using any online services while attempting to download the game? (using online services can put the game in pending mode).

Have you tried selecting the game from the queue and choosing download now?
