Download on a game (Xbox 1 S) went from 96% to 0% without me doing anything?

To provide the best gaming experience, background downloads are constrained while a game is running, so be sure to close any running games. To avoid slowing your download, don't launch any games or apps until your download has completed. Then, we recommend
power cycling if you haven't already. Finally, cancel the game installation and then reinstall. Once you've restarted your download, check the download speed of your game or app again.

Plus a new development with this. When you insert disc 1, you are given the option to install the necessary files from Xbox live. So I gave this a try, and it went to 1%, then back to 0, then to 1, and then to 0. And then I am told that it cannot be downloaded.

I install my games offline cause i have the same problem with it getting stuck at 0% whilst online, but if i want to play multiplayer i have to update the game, but it always gets stuck at 96-98%. The percentage went up from 96 to 97 percent within 10 min
while updating ghosts but got stuck at 97% after that. I really hope the case is that the percent it gets stuck at is it actually downloading the update, next I'm going to try to leave it for an hour or two to see if it ever even goes up in percent by at least
1....... Microsoft better fix this soon!

i downloaded th walking dead game but it only lets me play the demo and I went to the marketplace and purchased episode 1 and still only get to play the same thing I played without paying for it now my points are gone and I don't have anything new on my

Did you get this problem fixed? I have a similar problem, 0 download but over 17Mb/s upload. I used a wireless network test on my phone at the exact location of my Xbox One S and am getting over 60Mb/s at the location. What is wrong with my Xbox? I went
through a chat with Microsoft a month ago and they had me clear the Mac address and delete all accounts. I have done that and still get 0 download.
