Download not resuming after "ready to play" point if interrupted.

So, I have a bad internet connection that occasionally drops packets or gets disconnected. Games stop downloading and start again. I've found a possible bug on latest Beta. The game I'm currently downloading is Hitman 3. The "Ready to play" point is on about 16.8gb out of 61gb of total install. I've started downloading, my ISP dropped connection, when I connected again, the game was taken off the download queue. I went to the store again, clicked install, it continued from that point (2.5gb). Same thing happened, clicked install again, it continued from that point (10.1gb). Went past the "Ready to play", internet dropped connection and now I can't resume downloading. Because I'm past the "Ready to start" point, and because the game is removed from the download queue ever time it drops connection with the internet, if I click the game, it starts and it says in the menu that it's on 5% (and stuck there for 2 days). If I go to the store, I can't click "Install game" in order to make it resume, because it says: "Already installed (or Play Game)". The workaround I found is this: I'm going to the Microsoft Store on my computer, sign in there, go to Hitman 3 where it says "You own this game" and I click there: Install in one of my devices. The online store then pushes the installation to my xbox and from there it continues installing (I'm now on 17.36gb).
