Download not possible/ Download window disappears

Hey guys,

I hope I'm in the right spot with choosing the "Store" topic and I hope I'll reach someone since 360 users are getting rare.

My problem is pretty unique, I think since I couldn't find any similar problems yet.

A friend of mine downloaded my profile and transfered the licenses so he could download a game(Splinter Cell Conviction) and play it afterwards with his profile.

The profile download and the transfer went well, but when he tried to download the game, the window to download disappeared instantly.

To specifie the problem: He went to the game in the store with my profile and clicked on "Download again". Then the following window where to verifiy and accept the re-download appears for like 2 seconds, doesn't even load the whole interface and disappears.
There is no crash or something like that afterwards, just this bug. No error notice, nothing. Downloading other games of my download history works fine, no problem there, only with Splinter Cell.

By the way, we're from Germany, maybe this changes something.

The game isn't the most important thing, so it's okay, if it doesn't work after all, but maybe someone can help. We did clear the system cache, many restarts, redownload the profile, actually every basic problem solver, but it still doesn't work.

Problem loading content COD: MW Bundle

I have a problem.

I bought -COD: MW Bundle. But I press "to download content" the appeared download window immediately disappears and so constantly. How can this problem be solved?
