    Download not going


    Hi,

    I bought the destiny expantion pass on the website of xbox, now wen i started my xbox 360 the pass was not started in my download and in the store it says i did not buy it.

    but the money is from my bank account and on the website it says "Product bought already" (in dutch) !

    wat can i do about this ?

    Download going past 100%

    GTA 2,900%. Can I have my money back for a PS4 please microsoft. Black Ops 3 now at 115% and climbing. Star Wars Battlefront 396% and rising. All unplayable. XBox one currently not fit for purpose.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try heading to Settings>Accounts>Download History to see if the item is available there. If it is not then you should contact phone support for more assistance as that would be considered a billing issue that only they can handle.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try heading to Settings>Accounts>Download History to see if the item is available there. If it is not then you should contact phone support for more assistance as that would be considered a billing issue that only they can handle.

    Where are downloads going?

    If you go on a pc, does the store give you the option to download your games? You can try that, or for the CoD issue, uninstall the game and then try to reinstall it.

    Did you tried to re download the update? Talking about this, because also already happened to me, when you re started the download just continued from where was left before. Probabily if you did the hard reset it probabily delete the all downloaded update,
    but you can try again.

    I'm not in the preview program. I've also hard reset the console. I'll see if removing my profile does anything.
