Scaricavo tranquillamente giochi dal game pass che scade tra 2 settimane, durante i download si bloccano perché avviene in quel momento il cambio di gestore per il wifi di casa.

Mi collego con i vari dispositivi al nuovo gestore un'ora dopo, (il tempo di configurarlo e installarlo).

Funziona tutto compreso i download su ogni dispositivo tranne per l'Xbox one S, il problema riguarda solo i download, internet funziona perfettamente, la coda delle app messe a scaricare non parte, un gioco che era arrivato al 38% è rimasto a quella %.

Ho provato a eliminare la coda e a riscaricarli, a riavviare l'Xbox, a reinserire la password del wifi e a riconnettermi, ma i download non danno segni di vita.

Tutto questo è accaduto da subito dopo aver impostato la nuova rete wifi. (Che funziona perfettamente).

Coda dovrei fare?

Resettare l'Xbox? Completamente o solo i settaggi?

(Voglio mantenere il mio catalogo giochi così com'è)

Hey there DeMss.111,

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your games to finish downloading as they should. I can definitely see how this could seem confusing for anyone. If you have already done all the troubleshooting outlined in your prompt
to no avail, I suggest going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped. If not, try the other steps outlined in our

I've added a wifi booster in the problem room. Even with 100% wifi signal, the download speed was terrible (0.01 mbps). I've connected the xbox one to the wifi repeater via an ethernet cable and the problems seem to have cleared (download speed of 13.9
mbps). Has the wifi card in the xbox started to go bad?

ho controllato e il pc e la console sono connessi alla stessa rete wifi, ma come stavo dicendo (passaggio 6 della guida) il computer non rileva la console, e anche tentando di effettuare la connessione inserendo l'indirizzo ip della console non funziona.
