Download New Xbox profile

Hey there, nickpatchez!

I'm sorry to see any download issues! We've seen this relating to Family accounts in general. I know these steps are for Xbox One, but try out the online steps for the 801540A9
error to add the new account to a Family account you guys might have in the house. If you don't have one, create a new account to sync up to and create a whole new Family.

That sounds creepier than it really is.

Try to download your profile onto the Xbox 360 after that, and let me know how it goes! We can dig into other options from there.

Sometimes re-downloading the profile fixes the problem. If you are worried about it making a new account, then simply copy the profile that is on the Xbox to a storage device (USB Stick), then re-download the profile to the Xbox. The new gamer tag you
created should show when you have downloaded it.

I'm going to give you some steps which should get you back online... But before you do them please try logging into xboxlive.com with your current email address and password. Assuming that you are able to do that, then follow these steps in the order that
I give.



◦Remove Profile



1.Go to Settings, and then select System.

2.Select Storage.

3.Select All Devices.

4.Select Gamer Profiles.

5.Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

6.Select Delete.

7.Select Delete Profile Only.



◦Clear System Cache



1.Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2.Select Storage or Memory.

3.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.

4.Select Clear System Cache.

5.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.



◦Re-download Profile



1.Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).

2.Select Download Profile. (Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.)

3.Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. If you don’t know your Microsoft account or password, see Find your Microsoft account or password.

4.Now, enter your Microsoft account password.

5.Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

6.If you’re downloading your profile to your own console, you can select the Remember Password option so that you aren’t prompted for your Microsoft account password when you sign into your profile."

Now i created fast new profile and i played Deadly premonition and got 1. achievement - it was in english!!!!!!!!Why in my profile they are in japanese!!!!! I think its a mistake from downloading
my profile to new consul......Dont say i have to play on new profile all games again and lose my hard-earned points?

My and new profile are in my new xbox! In may profile the games achievments are in jap.,but in new profile they appear in
eng!In my old xbox all was in eng!The problem started when i downloaded my profile on my new xbox!

If your new xbox is connected to the internet you can just press the guide button, then select 'Download Profile'

Alternatively you can move your profile to a USB flash drive then plug the USB into the new xbox then move the profile to the new xbox.
