download lego marvel

This is a temporary problem from what I can tell. Some update with the game and has caused it to have issues. Either wait it out, or call support, and see what they can do for you.

 

Same problem here.. I've tried to reinstall, and I hope I haven't lost my game progress..

 

Same here. Tried to play and got a 0x87de2712 error. Tried powercycling, clear persistent cache and everything, didnt work. So i uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall it but my install stops at 19% as well.

Spoke to the support and they told me that Lego Marvel superheroes is on a download issues list. The support guy strongly suggested me to post my problem here so the moderator can notify me when the problem is gone. So here it is, let see if it works that
way lol

 

I have the same problem. They refunded me the game and told me to re download it in 2 hrs

 

Also have this issue, started asking for the CD so i tried an uninstall / reinstall and the download hangs at 19%. Rubbish, this needs to be sorted out rapidly.

 

Having this issue starting on Saturday. I have my kids on the weekend and with 100 degree weather we were looking forward to playing

 

I'm getting the exact same problem. My wife loves playing the game, and she's been bummed that it hasn't worked for the last two nights. She's also voiced her opinion about the poor choice to go with digital downloads in the future, and in this case, I
have to say I agree.

 

Same issue , I get an ""installation stopped" msg at 19%. Even resetting to factory defaults doesn't help. Microsoft or Lego ..please get you act together.....

 

I too am dealing with this problem.... Has anyone figured out a solution or gotten an answer from Microsoft?

 

Seems to be back up and running!

 

Looks to be resolved. I was able to get it downloaded again this morning and it appears in the store.

Issue was resolved; However I have to start all over again now. I wonder if anyone had to start marvel lego superheros all over again?
