download jigsaws

Discus and support download jigsaws in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; This used to work just fine but suddenly stopped working. No matter what I do I am unable to download any new puzzles.     Problems with loading jigsaws continues: the Magic Jigsaw app allows you only to download it or pay to disable ads. Re-booting the computer only helps on occasions. Should this continue, I'll be opting out of jigsaws.

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Stop Jigsaw

    You only have to activate the Privacy option / background apps

    restart Jigsaw

    (Re-)ask your downloads

    It works

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.
