    Ive been paying for Premium Jigsaw for several years now. Why can I NOT download anymore puzzles????? I've been trying for a long time. This is BS. I feel if you don't let us download the puzzles the I want my money back for the past 3 years that I have

    Stop Jigsaw

    You only have to activate the Privacy option / background apps

    restart Jigsaw

    (Re-)ask your downloads

    It works

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Part download of the Barns Collection and Architecture Collection

    I found the puzzle folder on my c drive. The pictures have downloaded but there must be a software issue as when you select the picture to do the puzzle, you get booted out of Microsoft jigsaw.
