Download it Games, bought on Xbox Live, doesn't Work

No, definetively, this I do understand. However, the problems is: I bought the game on BR Xbox Live (similar to US, NTSC games) and it's not working on my UK Xbox. So I changed my Live account from BR to UK through the account management. Now, I'm acessing
the UK Live Store, I see World Cup 2014 there, but no option to buy it, only to download, which I assume that's because I bought the game on BR Live. But everytime I download it from the UK LIVE on my UK XBOX, it fully downloads the 5.5 GB of the game, but
it doesn't get installed and I get unable to play (on the storage device options, it shows the name of the game, but instead of the icon, it shows an yellow exclamation mark).

To summarize, where I'm stuck is: I'm now on UK Live, with a gold account, tries to download the PAL version of the World Cup game on my PAL Xbox 360, but it won't work. And it doesn't give me an option to buy the game as well

When you say that it is not working what exactly is happening?

Are you getting an error message when you try to load it up?

Try removing the game and then reinstalling it. That seems to work for me. If not, try a power cycle!
