Download issues after purchase

I've been trying to download/install ArcadiA all day long. Called my ISP, did speed tests, even connected my 360 up directly via Ethernet. Did a ton of forum research, and all I can find are repeated same excuse answers. When I try to download the game(after
my money was taken from PayPal instantly) it says, "ArcadiA can not be downloaded." or some such. I can get the DLC for it going JUST fine, along with pic packs and avatars, but it takes some 10-15 tries to get the game to START the actual download. Why?

Xbox Live went down

XBox Live was down again a couple of days ago and people had trouble purchasing items and even downloading them after purchase. It was also difficult to create new accuounts. I hope Microsoft fixes these issues once and for all.

XBox Live does have a very major issue when it comes to their servers. There are always problems when people try to purchase and download their purchases. Yes a lot of people are using the service so it might be a bit hard to keep it operating smoothly and in a stable way, but Microsoft really needs to address this issue as soon as possible.

 

Is your physical region the same as your account region?

 

It is indeed. It would appear perhaps Microsoft was having issues yesterday? ArcadiA was the only game to have issues, I am currently downloading Witcher 2 with no issues, started right up like it should. No problems yesterday or today with DLC, either.
Just the one game. It was annoying, but it's over, whatever it was.

I don't see ArcadiA available on the Marketplace in the US. What region you in?

That would be because it's called ArcaniA.

Quite silly yes I did mean arcania. It was on sale of the week.

 

I just purchased Dark Souls earlier today on the xbox on demand store. I, then, canceled the download for later on. But, when i went back to the download history, it didn't show Dark Souls on there. Any Ideas???????
