Download interrupted incessantly

Unfortunately, a lot of people are having these issues with downloading games, or downloads starting and then wiping out, back to 0%. In the last 1-2 weeks, many games and services have been having difficulty connecting and working. It's highly due to
the current situation worldwide of so many people staying home and being on Xbox, much more than usual. The services are overwhelmed and I've read of many, many games not working right now. Just keep trying, as they are working on it, but in the mean time
you may have to try another game until services are returned to normal.

Estou com o mesmo problema, comprei o jogo STREET FIGHTER IV e quando coloco para baixar ele para nos 79% e vai a 0% novamente

Comprei o Black Ops 2 e estou enfrentando o mesmo problema que eles, porém você esta dizendo que eu joguei dinheiro fora e que não posso jogar um jogo que paguei caro para joga-lo ?

Se estão tendo problema para entregar o serviço, deveriam parar de oferece-lo enquanto estão consertando o problema, se não é simplesmente propaganda enganosa.

I have been having the same problem and can not get in contact with anyone for help. Very infuriating.
