Salve a tutti,

Da un paio di settimane sto riscontrando problemi nel download di giochi per la mia xbox. Dopo qualche minuto o qualche giga scaricato il download si arresta senza motivo e non riparte. Avevo pensato fosse un problema di linea e quindi ho contattato il mio
gestore che mi ha dedicato un'oretta per cercare di risolvere il problema. Ma per quanto riguarda la connessione avendo provato di tutto non è stato riscontrato nessun problema causato dalla rete. E quindi l'operatore mi ha detto che il problema è causato
dalla console o dai server microsoft, dicendo che dato che il problema non è loro dovrò pagare 30€ per l'assistenza ricevuta. Vorrei sapere se ci sta un modo per risolvere il problema ed accertarne la provenienza.

troubleshoot installation wizard. A game
can become corrupt while installing cause it not to complete.

A: Some games require additional components to be installed for the game to function properly. Depending on the components being installed, we may require permission from an administrator via a prompt at game installation time or the first

Hi there, Try to hard reset your console and maybe it will fix. Just press the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. Then wait more 10 seconds before turning the Xbox on again.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with an update problem like this. I can totally understand how this could hinder the whole gaming experience. I suggest straight out the bat to try what we have posted on Troubleshoot
system updates on Xbox One. It's a couple of steps you can use for general update problems.
