YOU NEED TO ADD A DOWNLOAD HISTORY TO THE SYSTEM, I JUST LOST A DAY 1 EXCLUSIVE DLC TO THIS FACT, WHICH ROYALLY PISSED ME OFF, IVE SPENT 3 HRS TRYING TO GET INTOUCH THROUGH SUPPORT TO TRY AND RETRIEVE IT, BUT DOES ANYONE ANSWER....NOOOOOOO, SO I HAD TO GO
DIRECTLY TO THE DEVS SITE TO REQUEST A NEW CODE, FIX ERROR CODE 0e87e00005 THIS IS CAUSING ALL KINDS OF TROUBLE ON XBOX 1 FOR ME RIGHT NOW, CANT ACCESS STORE, TAKES AN HOUR FOR A MESSAGE TO GET SENT TO A FRIEND, YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST REVAMPED THE 360S FRAMEWORK
ON THE 1, ATLEAST THE 360 WORKED PROPERLY, THIS SYSTEM HAS HAD SO MANY ISSUES FOR ME AND IVE ONLY HAD IT FOR 3 MONTHS AND IN 2 YEARS IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY 360, THE PURCHASE INFO IS SUPPOSED TO BE SENT TO MY EMAIL WHEN REDEEMED....GUESS WHAT IT DOESNT
GET SENT TO MY EMAIL, ONLY MICROSOFT EMAILS I HAVE ARE FROM PURCHASES FROM THE XBOX STORE.

IM POSTING THIS HERE BECAUSE I HAVE NO OTHER BRIGHT IDEAS ON HOW TO GET THROUGH TO YOU PEOPLE.

MICROSOFT GETS 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN FROM ME FOR THE TIME BEING, WHEN I PONY UP THE CASH FOR A DAY 1 RELEASE I EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY DOWNLOAD MY CONTENT AND NOT GET SCREWED LIKE THIS.

Does anyone know how to re-download pre-order content for call of duty ghost and also has anyone received problems with the season pass on the Xbox one I downloaded it today and for some reason I can't get the bonus content that comes with it

Download History?

if you go under your games and apps section you should see the game slightly shadowed and with the cloud icon next to it, then you can select this and click install, that's all I know at the moment.

First, please take a moment to review the
Forum Rules and Guidelines and do not post in all caps going forward.

Next, what content are you looking for and for what game? Most DLC content can be accessed/re-downloaded via the game tile's "Manage Game" and then "Ready to Install" list. Have you checked that for the game/content in question? We're willing to help you
locate/access content you should have access to however we need more information in order to know how to proceed.

Hi, with your profile signed in go to settings/ account/ download history. You may also find the following link worth a read regarding license transfers etc.

and move items to the top of the queue, here:
live.xbox.com/.../queue

I'm afraid you need to update your post. It's no longer valid info, and I need help accessing my games and DLC.

Thanks for that guys. It's much easier on here to add games to the que than it is finding them on the 360.
