Download history

Hi,

I am trying to download my previously purchased copy of FIFA 15 to my XBOX One S. It does not show up in my games library (All filters adjusted) and if i go through the store the system wants to charge me again.

I can see it on my order history on the website but can not see it on my order history on the console as i only have an option to look back three months

Please help

if you go under your games and apps section you should see the game slightly shadowed and with the cloud icon next to it, then you can select this and click install, that's all I know at the moment.

Hi, with your profile signed in go to settings/ account/ download history. You may also find the following link worth a read regarding license transfers etc.

this should work:
live.xbox.com/.../history

and move items to the top of the queue, here:
live.xbox.com/.../queue

I'm afraid you need to update your post. It's no longer valid info, and I need help accessing my games and DLC.

Thanks for that guys. It's much easier on here to add games to the que than it is finding them on the 360.
