Download help

I'm gonna wait until tomorrow to try and download it. The rain picked up A LOT and it's expected to stay that way until tomorrow. I dropped from a 5MB to a .27..the wind is also at about 15 mph. I'll post back tomorrow.

Asus N66R that is about 2 months old and I have two Xbox Ones, one about a year old and another that is 2 weeks old. I was having the problem when I just had the one Xbox and the Asus router.

I actually do not know how long I have had the problem because I have not purchased any digital games until lately. I have had issues with doing the game updates but they are usually just slow but do finish.

No problem, once a code for an item has been redeemed the item is always yours.

On the console, go to System>Accounts>Download History and you can restart the download from there at no cost.

Are you still having the issue with not making it passed 10 % installing Infinite Warfare?

Please try this:

**Please remove the disc before starting these steps**

1. Make sure the little bit of the game that did install gets uninstalled, Press the Xbox button, go over to games and apps (you should see Infinite Warfare in the games list) make sure it's highlighted then click the map button (button with the two small
boxes) Then choose uninstall.

2. Clear Locally Saved games storage (no worries, your Xbox syncs this data every time you connect to Xbox Live so it is saved), Go to settings, all settings, system, storage, and clear local game saves, your Xbox One should restart.

3. Factory Reset (keeping games and apps), I know this step can sound a bit scary, but I promise nothing will be deleted permanently, your games and apps will remain on the console, the only things that will be deleted are your profile and internet connection.
So you'll only have to re-enter those. Go to settings, all settings, system, console info and updates, reset console, and be sure to choose the option that says "KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS".

4. Set-up Console, establish your internet connection, and re-download your profile with your Microsoft Account email address and password. Once your profile is back go ahead and put in the disc and try reinstalling the game again.

Are you on satilite or 3g?

If either it would be better to contact your isp for help

xbox needs a minimun of 1mb connection

with 3g modems its alittle harder as generally they arent supported

and you will have to contact your isp to fix that
