Download going past 100%

I keep trying to download an update for Forza 6, and it kept going past 100%. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, power cycling, hard reset and power draining, and then when I go to reinstall the game it gets to 100% and keeps going and this
is the nly game it is happening for.

Hi I believe Microsoft are aware of this issue and investigating and that as long as you don't get an errors the download will still complete even though it's showing above 100% downloaded.

Hi, I've been trying to update Black Ops 3 and Fallout 4 for about a week now and both of my downloads are well past 100% and I see no end to this in sight. I cannot play either no matter how many times I try to reinstall or how many times I reset my console.
This is driving me insane and seriously making me regret purchasing an Xbox One. My friends come over to play games but, nope! Sorry, we all have to sit and stare at the download screen at 300% and rising. I just bought a 3 month gold subscription to play
Black Ops 3....well guess what. It never stops updating so that was a waste of money. If there is no solution to this I might set my console on fire and use it to roast marshmallows because it seems it isn't good for anything else.

 

It sounds as though you are in the preview program as this is an issue specifically with that. It is a glitch only and you should let game download until finished.

In the meantime, for future issues with the preview program please be sure to post to their forums.

If you let the game carry on installing then it does nothing you do know that, I was downloading Game of thrones episode 6 and that's like a 3gb install and my install went to 9,000% I have pictures to back this up and I am not in the preview programme either.
I came here for a soloution because today The witcher 3 has gone to 210% so I had to delete it and I'm waiting for it again.

 

This happened with halo 5 for me. Went to play it after a couple days away and I couldn't play. Update was well in the thousands %. Had to uninstall then reinstall, so I didn't get to play halo. And now today the same thing has happened with the fallout
4 update. This is a HUUUGE pain in the ***...... Looks like I'm waiting to download the whole game again. This issue seriously needs to be fixed!!

 

I am still experiencing this same issue. I am not using any beta versions of any software. I had Forza 6 earlier this month update to past 300% before I pulled the plug, uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Now I am sitting with COD Black Ops 3 at over 2700%
overnight. This is a real irritating issue and data waster. Please fix this issue!

 

GTA 2,900%. Can I have my money back for a PS4 please microsoft. Black Ops 3 now at 115% and climbing. Star Wars Battlefront 396% and rising. All unplayable. XBox one currently not fit for purpose.
