    Whenever i want to get a free game with gold (i have gold) or want to download and play battlefield 1 early through EA access (i also have) it just keeps sending me between the store and free page. I have the xbox 1S 1TB. This is really bugging me so if
    anyone could help it would be fantastic. Thanks.

    How do you access your free copy of Madden in the bundle?

    Thanks guys. Think it might just be a glitch in the code/download. It's just not queueing up. I'll call MS.

    Sorry to hear you're upset. However, this is a glitch only and the content is only downloading normally. The glitch causes the percentage downloaded to be shown incorrectly. Please be patient and let the downloads finish normally.

    Mine kept glitching out too. I think the update got corrupted . I had to factory reset xbox and reinstall update
