download games that are not in my country's xbox live

I wanted to download the game GIGANTIC but it is not available for my country and I wanted to know a way to download it.

already changed my region in xbox
one but the game does not appear when I search the store.

f someone has a solution how to download please let me know!!!

Download stopping at 80% can sometimes be a DRM thing, I've had it happen when I've tried to buy games here in Ireland with my UK Xbox Live account. Is your Xbox Live account country the same as the country you're living in?

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. This would not be possible to do legitimately. As this would be considered Marketplace fraud. There are many different regions the game is not available in your area. This could do with the developers,
or your country itself not allowing it. With this I will lock this thread as suggesting anything to download is against the

Microsoft service agreement and
code of conduct.

This is a list of the countries where xbox live is supported.

www.xbox.com/.../countries

If you are not located in one of those countries you may find you have issues with downloading items. Either because the country is not supported or because of region issues with the game specifically.

Unfortunately, the Phillippines is not an officially supported Xbox LIVE region which is why you're not able to purchase this game. This game digitally is region locked, unfortunately there is some content on Xbox LIVE that is region locked, and it's not
possible to download from any other country except for the country that's tied to the account region.

In order to purchase/download region locked account you'd need to physically be in the United States as your country/region is also set to the United States.

I have a similar problem -- download fails at 80% and I am not currently living in my home country (UK), which is where my account is registered. The country I am working/living in IS supported by XBOx Live, I am not using a VPN.

However, I am not convinced by the physical location/account region mismatch explanation.

It it is the reason then answer me this - how come I can download anything else off of the marketplace (full games, demos, Xbox Arcade titles) but not this one free game?

This makes no sense to me.
