Download games problem!! BIG PROBLEM

Hi, I have a big problem. I tried to download AC3 and AC4, but when the download come to 80% , Xbox says me "can't download AC3/AC4" ... I tried to download them again , again and again , but the same result!!! I delete chache's memory, I test if my Xbox
360 was banned/flagged even though it is not modicated. Also with MW1-2-3 happens the same thing. Then, if I download a little game like "world of tanks" , it doesn't give me problems. Please help me. :/

Hello,

As you were told by Microsoft Support if your account is in an over due balance you will need to pay it before you can gain access to your account again. There is no way around that.

As per any subscription agreement that has an automatic renewal option it will keep going for a certain point and you are required to pay that amount. As with any sort of magazine, newspaper, or CD/DVD program they continue to send you their end of the deal
for a bit until the account is suspended due to non payment. And they do ask that you pay the back logged payment. It works the same with Microsoft's own automatic renewal. You are responsible for turning off automatic renewal on the account if you wish to
no longer continue using XBOX Live.

No one on these forums will be able to unlock the account for you, you will need to deal exclusively with LIVE Phone Support.

Very BIG problem

Microsoft support say that i owes them money, because of problems with the removal of money from my VISA card, they do not cut off my gold status and continued to try to take the money from the card, which is no more money. My card was - no credit - it was
impossible to go into debt! Nowhere is it written that if there is no money on the card, Microsoft does not disable the gold status and provides debt! This is a server error. Please unlock my account with the status of the silver!

 

P.S. my hard disk has 190gb free ...

I'm sorry to see any issues with downloading games! That error occurs if you have a region mismatch on your account; this means that your account region does not match your physical location. When game downloads on 360 hit 80%, that's when they check for
licenses and region locks, and that's why you see the failure happen there.

We suggest trying
an account migration and then trying again. This should sort you out. Let me know how it goes!
