    Hi,

    i just bought a Xbox one S with assassin's creed game but my internet connection is very slow (2Mb/s).

    Is it possible to download the game from a computer with better connection (fiber 200mb/s) to install on xbox after with an external hard drive ?

    Redeem code for Fallout 3

    I purchased an Xbox One Fallout edition for my girls for Christmas. It came with a bonus digital download code for Fallout 3. I wanted to use this code to download and play Fallout 3 on my xbox 360. I entered the code under my xbox live account on my
    computer and was successful. Now I have no game and there is no sign of the game on my 360 console. There is no way to download the game or proof of the code for the digital download.

    I need to redeem a code that has already been redeemed

    I redeemed a code on a different computer. But I got a new computer and I want to put the game on this one but it says its already redeemed and it won't let me download it unless I buy it again.

    No. Games can only be downloaded directly on the console.

    You could go to a friends house with an external hard drive and download it there. Or, if they also own the game, simply copy it to your external. As long as you own the game too it will work on your console.

    But sorry, you can't download on PC's.

    I used a code for minecraft windows 10 edition on a different computer than I wanted to, how do i get it on this pc ( they are not the same microsoft accounts)?

    The license for the code would of been put onto whatever account you were signed into when putting the code in.

    So if you are wanting to play the game on a different PC you would need to sign into that computer with the account that you put the code onto in order to download the game.

    I bought the game on my computer and cant find it on my computer or in the store. I have no option to find my order och download the game from the store. Even tho my account was charged. If i just could recive a gift code for the game to download it since
    i have proof of it charging my account via trustly

    i was told to go back to the buy page and download the game but now it just tells me to buy the game again.
