Download Game not working

I recently bought and downloaded Assassin's Creed Redemption however when loading the game I get an error message telling me the disc is unreadable! I've deleted the game, downloaded it and cleared the cache but I still get the same message. Any ideas?

Hello, I am Trying to find Avatar TLA TBE is not Working. I planed to Buy this Game but it will not search on bing can you help me And I know its on the Marketplace but I cant find it!

Game Download Not Working

Have you tried searching for it via Xbox.com I just found it via that method, although oddly it seems unavailable for purchase in my region.

You'll probably need to do your own search to find it in your region, that or it was never available as part of GoD

Sorry, I'm going to jump in on this, I'm getting relatively the same issue just with AC Liberation HD, only mine says "The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again" I have also deleted, cleared cache, redownloaded upwards of 7 times and still
get the same message. Not hijacking the thread, just want to see what a mod or support staff has to say about it as I can't find another example of this anywhere

It happened to me the same, but I have the 4GB version of XBOX , so I bought something that I cannot use ??? I did not get the warn ??? how is that possible ???

Did you preorder it?

If yes. let me explain the preorders.

When a preorder is done with a credit/debit card the card is not charged till approximately 10 days prior to the game being released. It will allow you to download the game so that you are ready to play it when the game is released and you do not have to
wait for the game to download once its released. But if for some reason when MS tries to take the money off the card and the 10 days prior to release mark and they cant they will cancel your order and take the license away from your account. (the game will
still be downloaded to your console) but when you try and play it because the license was taken away from your account you will get the message that you are seeing.

Now you say that it is NOT in your order history even if you preordered it and it was cancelled it will show in your order history as being cancelled. If it is not in your order history for the account that you are signed into then it was never bought on
that account and you would need to figure out what account it was bought on and sign into that one on your console to play the game.

We are sorry this issue is still persisting, at this time we suggest firstly to check out the

Order History on the Microsoft account to make sure the licensing isn't the issue here. Now if all checks out on that end we would then suggest

Removing and Re-adding the account from the console to clear up any issues that might be arising on it. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes so we can further assist in this or any other issue or inquiry!!

Sorry to hear about the game, let's try to get you back on that Prestige grind! We suggest you try

uninstalling the game and redownloading it by doing the following:

From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
See all.
When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button on your controller.
Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
