Download game issue(installation stopped)

So I purchased gow ultimate. Every time I try to install it it gets 20%-80% and then does an installation failed error. When I check the error it says its network related(think it says I have no internet). But I can download other games. Including halo MCC
which took longer but still installed. It does the installation stopped error on gow ultimate, gow 1(backwards compatibility) and viva pinyata(bc). I can delete and install any other games and it will download fine so its not network related.

Anyone know about cancelling a preordered so I can buy the disc?

Just getting the Installation has stopped when trying ti download this game!? I have paid for this and it will either say Queued Or Installation has Stopped!? Help... whats going on?

Trouble installing games.

Hi all, having a similar issue. When I try to play Fifa 15 which I have played for a while, it says ' installation stopped.' An error screen appears saying that the game appears to be corrupt with the error code x80070570. When I re-launch the installation,
it appears that there is nothing left to download as the game says ' ready to play'. However shortly after, 'installation stopped' appears again with the same error screen. Please help! Very frustrating.

Sorry to hear it. Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug all cables from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes. If that doesn't work and you still want to apply for a refund you can call phone
support at 1-800-469-9269 if you live in North America.

That is what phone support had me do this morning. Im worried because I have other games I own that are doing it too.

I had same issue. First install stopped at 35%. Second install stopped at 49%. Third install stopped at 45%. The only solution that worked was to download the game from Live. Thank you guys for the help !

Does it just stay at 0% or does it start the download and then a message pops up saying installation stopped? I have that issue with wolfenstein through Game Pass. No matter what i do the installation just stops immediately. Might be an issue with downloading
over Live.
